Egg White Brownies (egg fast friendly)

EGG WHITE BROWNIES 🍫 RECIPE BELOW:

(I doubled the recipe)

2 egg whites

6 tablespoons cocoa powder @guittardchocolate

1 1/2 cups powdered sweetener @swervesweetie

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 tablespoons dark chocolate chips @choczero (use code LIFTINGISCAKE)

1 teaspoon instant coffee @folgers

Pinch salt

Mix and bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. The tops should crack and look kinda glossy

The center will sink

Let cool completely before removing from mold

I made 6 equal portions.
