This has been all I wanted for Christmas! I made NO-SUGAR ADDED Mrs. Fields Cookies these are more on the low-carb they are 6-8 Net Carbs per cookie and so worth it!!
Here is the recipe:
1/2 cup salted butter room temp
1/2 cup not salted butter room temp
1 cup golden sweetener @lakanto
1/2 cup brown sweetener @swervesweetie
1/2 cup granulated sweetener @swervesweetie
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
21/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 large eggs room temp
1 bag milk chocolate chips @choczero (use code LIFTINGISCAKE)
1 cups walnuts or more
Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes they will finish cooking on pan. Let them cool on pan for 10 minutes before removing. I yield around 36 cookies using a small cookie scoop. For more self control lol

COOKIES 🍪AND CREAM MARSHMALLOW BARS 🍫
Looking for a quick yummy dessert for New Years!! This is perfect and you can add gold sprinkles!! For that extra mess!
Recipe:
5 ounces marshmallows @choczero (use code LIFTINGISCAKE)
1/2 tablespoon butter
15 to 20 cookies, roughly chopped @eatsundays
Microwave the butter and marshmallow doing at 20 second intervals as soon as it’s starts to stir and is melted add in cookies. Must be quick sets up quickly. Also to help grease up the bowl and utensils with butter. Add to a square pan 4” lined with parchment press and allow to set up.
Cut and enjoy!

1 Brownie mix no sugar added @pillsburybaking @pillsbury
Followed directions except
Added
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon instant coffee
Half butter half oil
Cream cheese filling:
4 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup sweetener
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1.5 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon coconut flour carb quick or keto wheat flour
Baked at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes
So good! I am going to top it off with a strawberry preserve! Check out my cook book for the recipe!
Let me know if you make it. I also have a brownie recipe from scratch in a few post back that is more keto friendly. For me this is macro friendly and during the holidays I have been focused on calories versus carbs.
