Make dough set it overnight in the fridge or for at least 2 hours. You can roll into a ball do like thumbprints or roll it out and cut out circles. Add filling and bake for 15 to 20 minutes check it at 12 minutes. For the drizzle hit up the cream cheese with heavy cream and vanilla extract until nice and combined let it cook for 1 minute if it’s too hot pour over chocolate. Mix well. Once’s the pies have cool drizzle and set in the fridge
*you can also use my shortbread recipe. The one I used for the rally’s just replace jam with more sweetener and leave out the raspberry electrolytes.

This is the most import part of this post that as soon as the cake comes out of the oven crumble it. You won’t need to add any icing to it. It will give you the best consistency.
I usually like to make the dough the day before place it in the fridge in the morning of 30 minutes to an hour before starting to shape them I take them out of the fridge.
I remember how much I hated making these. If I were to show you the first ones I ever made. You would be shook my mom still till this day makes fun of me for my first ever cake pops. And I went with a gingerbread team because I was thinking about my girl Des @wildassbihh
